Creek Clean Up

We are sending out an SOS for help with an ambitious Coombs Creek clean-up from the headwaters at Weiss Park all the way to the Trinity River. Volunteer to make an impact in our local community.

Many people simply don’t realize that our creeks feed into the Trinity River which feeds our area lakes which is the source of our drinking water. Litter in Coombs Creek is not just an eye sore – it pollutes our water supplies, damages fish and wildlife habitat, and spoils outdoor recreation activities along the creek.

Volunteer to be part of our SOS team and help preserve and protect a neighborhood treasure.
